Returns & Refunds

You can request a refund by WhatsApp on 0317-4000483.

We will gladly accept any return that reached the customer in damaged or faulty condition.

Blade width

Please check the exact blade width of your chosen tie before ordering. If you are still unsure, contact us on WhatsApp or give us a call.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted if the tie's blade width does not meet expectations because the full product description was not read. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we kindly ask customers to read the product description carefully, including the blade width, before placing an order. Returns based only on the blade width not meeting an unread expectation will not be entertained.

Refund timeline

• Refunds can only be requested within 2 days of parcel delivery.
• TiesNTies will not entertain a refund request if the returned product is not received by us within 5 days.
• After we receive your parcel, our quality control team will inspect it thoroughly.

Items not eligible for refund

There are no refunds on items priced below Rs 1,000 or on sale items. Only an exchange is possible for these.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can be requested within 2 days of parcel delivery.
• TiesNTies will not entertain an exchange request if the returned product is not received by us within 5 days.
• Items sent back without first requesting an exchange on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email will not be accepted.
