TiesNTies is an online store based in Pakistan selling imported men's neckties sourced from the UK, Italy, France, and the USA. Our store runs on Shopify. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at 0317-4000483.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and that the information you provide (name, phone number, and delivery address) is accurate and complete.
3. Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph every tie accurately, including its brand, fabric, pattern, colour, and blade width. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please read each product description carefully, especially the blade width, before ordering. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any item at any time.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as the other payment methods shown at checkout. For COD orders, please keep the full amount ready when your parcel arrives.
5. Orders and cancellations
We may confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, the details provided cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, we will refund the amount paid.
6. Shipping and delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Free shipping applies to orders over PKR 3,000; shipping charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout. Express delivery to major cities usually takes about 2 days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, weather, or other events outside our control. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. Refused or undelivered COD parcels may affect your ability to order COD in future.
7. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy. In summary, requests must be made by WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery, and returned items must reach us within 5 days.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, and graphics, belongs to TiesNTies or its content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission. Brand names of the ties we sell belong to their respective owners.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to place fake or fraudulent orders, to interfere with the website's security or operation, or to submit false information.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiesNTies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
