TiesNTies is an online store based in Lahore, Pakistan. We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Delivery areas

We deliver nationwide to all cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders over PKR 3,000.
• For orders below PKR 3,000, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery times

• Express Metro Delivery: usually within 2 working days to major cities across Pakistan.
• Other cities and remote areas: delivery may take a few extra working days depending on the courier route.
• Orders are processed on working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays outside our control.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Please keep the full order amount ready when the courier arrives.

Order confirmation and tracking

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Once your parcel is shipped, you can ask us for tracking details on WhatsApp at 0317-4000483.

Delivery issues

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If your parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, contact us on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
